This is a Sakura Banquet original hot pot that uses Japanese sake for about half of the soup.Using plenty of alcohol increases the flavor and richness of the soup itself, and also brings out the flavor of the ingredients.You can enjoy two different flavors in one pot.The hot pot comes with obanzai, assorted sashimi, fried chicken, and salad, making it very filling!
